We are a tech-heavy company that needs a visionary marketing leader to help accelerate the growth of our partner channel, which includes resellers, system integrators, and technology partners.
About the role
The vp of partner marketing reports to the ceo and is responsible for planning and executing all partner marketing initiativesThe vp will design, develop, and execute marketing programs to help recruit and enable effective channel partners, create powerful marketing and sales campaigns that increase partners’ and their customer companies’ awareness and adoption of eleos, develop sales tools for partners to use in the field, generate demand for the partner channel, work closely with the eleos sales team to accelerate the growth of the business.
Some of the things you’ll be doing
Lead and manage partner marketing, including allocating resources, managing marketing operations, and hiring and training team members as needed
Develop and design marketing programs for our resellers, our system integrators and our technology partners
Analyze program results and make recommendations for future improvements
Engage our partners to focus on eleos
Create demand generation programs for our partners that can be used to drive new opportunities into the pipeline
Create partner learning materials for product launches or releases
Develop marketing programs targeted to partners that raise awareness and mindshare for our products
Identify and develop effective marketing and sales collateral – using both internal and external/agency resources – for use on the eleos web site and in campaigns
Design and manage marketing event campaigns for industry trade shows and conferences
Who you are
5+ years marketing experience and 3+ years’ experience in channel marketing / channel program management
Comfortable being accountable for measurable results
Solid understanding of channel marketing programs, especially those designed for increasing channel sell‐through
Extensive experience working with channel partners in the saas software industry (bonus points for experience in the transportation industry)
Strong background in software marketing with proven success driving growth of technology businesses
Knowledge of partners, what motivates them, and how to help them be successful and ensure their success drives eleos’ success
Ability to create new ideas for marketing programs and help our sales team strategize and deliver on their quotas
Willingness to travel monthly to our headquarters in greenville, sc and periodically to meet with partners around the u.s.
