Full job description
Eldermark software is seeking talented individuals to join the support teamThis position is required to provide software technical support to all existing customers and potential clientsThis position will gain specific knowledge of all software modules and provide end users technical support on to how use the software, troubleshoot and provide creative solutions.
This position reports directly to the client support manager.
Essential duties and responsibilities: core duties and responsibilities include the followingOther duties may be assigned.
Provide software and technical support for all eldermark software modules
Answer customer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Track all support cases in crm tracking system
Reach out and provide software assistance to all customers
Research software issues, provide solutions, escalate as needed
Teach customers how to best use the software in relation to support questions
Escalate product change requests to appropriate staff
Consistently achieve support call expectation
Provide afterhours support as needed

Education and/or experience: bachelor`s degree (b.a.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer skills: internet software; spreadsheet software (excel); word processing software (word); electronic mail software (outlook); microsoft dynamics crm.
