Relevant bachelors degree
B.ed / d.el.edOr equivalent professional degree/diploma in education
Tech-savvy/good spoken & communication
Be an educator with at least 3 years experience of teaching her/his subject to relevant grades
Be proficient in experiential learning concepts & their execution and/or conducting lab experiments and/or integrating art with her subject where applicable
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of a child`s development and growth
Exhibit a personality that demonstrate enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and community
Participate in curriculum and program development, and in the selection of material and equipment to support instruction
Assess and diagnose the learning, social and emotional needs and styles of the students and plan & adjust the learning experiences accordingly
Have creative and innovative tools, ideas and methods to enhance learning outcomes of the students
Be well versed with role and use of technology in teaching learning methodologies
