Role definition:
The supply chain analyst – reconciliations emea supports the integrated planning community in operation and execution of monthly third party warehouse inventory reconciliations.
This is a new position within the center of excellence organizationThe role is focused on providing first line support to the planning community by taking over the administrative work to prepare the reconciliation documentation so that planners can execute the reconciliationAnd in addition to control the reconciliation process defined, to make sure that all documents are properly signed and uploaded in teams, and list of 3rd party warehouses and assigned reconcilers and approvers are kept updated.
Expectation to the successful candidate is to research the current process, understand all the differences and propose a standard
Process and standard it tool for useUltimately this tool shall be fully implemented and used within the emea region for third party warehouse reconciliationThe solution provided must be scalable to other regionsTo do this successful, candidate must posses solid it and advanced computer software skills and have understanding of inventory management and administration.
This role is part of a global supply chain analyst teamThis team is providing inter-region support, to implement and optimize solutions across multiple supply planning archetypesWillingness to accommodate working across multiple time zones is a mustThe position reports to the local team lead for center of excellence.
