Requirements:
Prior experience in sales (2 years minimum)
Must be customer oriented.
Eager to learn and outgoing
Have to know how to handle rejections.
Have an entrepreneurial attitude.
Have valid driver’s license and car insurance
Reliable transportation, preferable a truck or suv
Own a ladder
Must be able to climb ladder onto roofs
Be able to lift 60-80 lbs.
Work full-time hours
Complete 90-day training period with experienced team lead
Must attend weekly sales meetings via zoom, phone, or in person
Responsibilities:
· acquiring new business (through networking, door knocking and referrals)
· scheduling/performing roof inspections
· overseeing scheduled roofing projects
· following up with customers
·participate in weekly sales meetings via zoom, phone, or in person.
