Position summary
Leads/manages multiple creative services teams spanning across design, content and web development competencies
Monitors and reports to enable effective resource utilization, smooth workflow and timely and accurate revenue generation
Acts as customer relationship manager and helps create a culture of customer centricity in the team
Works to increase the customer base by identifying new opportunities as well as adding new capabilities to the team
Works closely with leaders across ey to design and implement solutions to improve and accelerate the delivery of projects and transformation initiatives
Stays up-to-date on the “state-of-the-art” techniques, equipment, best practices and developments within the creative, digital and social media space

Maintains key relationships with ey leadership across functions, service lines and geographies, ey internal project teams around the world, and gds es functional team and leadership
Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables
Creates value to clients independently and has excellent project and change management skills and past client experiences
Deploys consulting best practice knowledge and techniques when undertaking work
Performs rapid assessment of current landscape for clients and has the ability to provide insights around hypotheses and solutions
Assists in providing smooth delivery of internal project or program outcomes
Effectively handles routine issues, including follow-up, reacting appropriately to unexpected situations, and communicating situations to higher management as needed
Develops and manages knowledge for use across internal projects and the ey communities
Monitors workflow to identify bottle necks and takes required corrective and preventive actions
Tracks the health of key accounts in terms of customer satisfaction and work volume and explores opportunities for cross-selling our services

Technical skills/tools requirement
Essential
Understanding of standard project methodologies, project initiation, current state analysis, future state design, process design, implementation and project transition/close
Experience with all aspects of change, e.g., technology, process and organizational change
Good understanding of it, hr, finance functional processes and transformations
Strong ms office skills
Essential
Experience with pmos with project management certification (prince ii, pmi and so on)
