Position summary
The alliance and ecosystems communications supervising associate (assistant manager) will serve as the communications executioner for ey’s alliance and ecosystems team globallyHe/she will report to the alliance ce leader and support the strategic and tactical programmes to amplify the work of alliance and ecosystems internally to ey.
The supervising associate (assistant manager / am) will craft content and manage design for alliance and ecosystems communications which will create measurable impact globally and within the alliance and ecosystems community; integrate across sectors, service lines, areas and functions; and deliver sustainable resultsThe communications will be issued in broadcast centre as appropriate and analysis of the data for data story telling is requiredThe manager will be able to synthesize information to share pick-up and results.
The am will be responsible for coordinating submissions, sign-off and working across necessary teams and with content management tools such as ey share/discover to update appropriate sites with timely alliance and ecosystems content and ensure there is a content management plan for regular refresh of content.
The am will actively participate in meetings and team calls to drive forward projects and build relationships across the organization.
The am will develop, launch and maintain a ce tracker for all alliance tiers and ecosystems communications ensuring that all alliance and ecosystems teams are aware of the
Process and that all items are recorded in the tracker.
This role requires an experienced, energetic and resilient team player with a good understanding of what it takes to deliver multi-channel communications programs in a complex environment.
Working closely in an agile team, the successful candidate will be required to understand the capabilities of the current gds teams and manage bmc expectations by building relationships and
Collaborating closely within the bmc team and client-serving subject matter experts.

Outstanding written and oral communications, a generous aptitude to learn the organisation’s pattern of communication
Experience and good understanding of communications tools, intranets and spreadsheets
5+ years of total communications experience in professional services or similar industries
5 years’ experience in managing communications programs – from drafting copy, managing content and intranets, reviewing and analysing metrics and managing design
Proven ability to project manage
High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Advanced knowledge in ms office, including excel (including developing pivot tables) and powerpoint
Good understanding of digital marketing including social media, analytics and reporting
Ability to work as part of an agile team; independent and showing flexibility during peak times
Team player with a knack to motivate the team to deliver programs within a stipulated timeframe
Ability to bridge any gap between the bmc expectations and the gds capabilities
