This position is responsible for supporting enel x emobility’s creation of strategic partnerships with global customers across hardware and software solutions to drive revenue growthThe focus of the role is to support profitable, sustainable growth in those customers by identifying new market opportunities and customer requirements, structuring global agreements, assessing the financial viability of new projects or new customer segments, building on existing capabilities to develop new commercial offerings, and leveraging cross-selling across other verticals including energy storage, demand response, renewable energy and customer analytics.
The successful candidate will coordinate effectively with the product, engineering, finance, operations, customer support, client services and supply chain teams to advance the company forward towards increasingly mature business models, programs and offeringsWhat you`ll do at enel::
Actively scan the market for emerging customer needs, along with emerging solutions to build on enel x`s own offering and provide input to the rest of the organization to develop an informed roadmap (e.g.: fleet capabilities, telematics, software integrations that provide better customer experience, reimbursement mechanisms, tariff optimization, retail energy, integrated bill, evolving communication standards, public charging, hardware architecture).
Be a primary analytical resource to assess financial models, business cases, comparative analyses, strategic bid pricing.
Structure global commercial agreements from scratch or adapt regional ones to expand to other countries.
Lead the commercial review of partnership frameworks, mous, confidentiality agreements, partner standard terms and conditions and contracts; facilitate informed negotiations with active business input.
Assist with ancillary initiatives that are not well defined in other departments, but that have a material positive impact on the business (e.g.: cross-selling with energy storage, dr, advisory and utility bill management; market entry assessments, customer segment expansion, new commercial offerings, financing solutions, and case studies).
Who you are::
Experience with driving sales of energy solutions, energy hardware, energy software in the commercial, institutional, and or industrial markets.
Excellent knowledge of enel x emobility product/services portfolio with a proactive approach to ongoing learning and development.
Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth and revenues.
Demonstrated aptitude for innovation and appreciation of client business drivers.
Excellent knowledge of markets relevant to product/services portfolio, including emobility and the positioning of enel x and competition.
Demonstrated drive and determination to achieve objectives, overcoming obstacles to deliver results.
This role will ideally be based near san francisco bay area, ca; boston, ma or new york, ny.

Bachelor`s degree or equivalent, mba preferred.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets, consultative services-led sales engagements and multi-party negotiations with partners and customers.
7-10 years of business development, sales, product or finance experience.
Experience with driving sales of energy solutions, energy hardware, energy software in the commercial, institutional, and or industrial markets.
