Key account manager
The key account manager is responsible for handling the client accounts in the companyThe key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client, and resolve client queries effectivelyThey will be the lead point of contact for all client-related matters.
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between clients and the companyResolving key client issues and complaintsDeveloping a complete understanding of client needsAnticipating changes and improvements in existing client-facing processesCoordinating with cross-functional teams for query resolution whenever requiredStrategic involvement and negotiations to improve results and company revenuePlanning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company trainingMeeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; master’s degree preferredExperience in sales management, key account management, or relevant fields is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people personBasic computer skills, and experience with crm software and microsoft office, with emphasis on superior excel skillsStrong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contactsAbility to multitask and manage multiple client accountsProven results of delivering client solutionsCandidates with past experience of working with coachings will be preferred.
