Job description:
We are looking finance professional who can able to work closely with a particular business unit creating a real and active partnership with both operations and managementFinance actively influence day to day decisions, shaping strategy and the direction of the business.
Roles & responsibilities:
1Responsible for the national bu budget preparation, summary and applicationAssisting national bu leader to budgetary control.
2Supporting national leaders to make scientific decisions through financial analysis.
3Supporting local tax compliance, pf/esic, including cit/vat and other relevant taxes
4Responsible for approaching and handling relevant affairs with local banks.
5Approaching and handling external and internal audit and other accounting relevant affairs.
6Overall finance and business risk management for national bu, timely warning of relevant risks.
Profile required:
1Business essence understanding, tending to learn our business.
2Financial/accounting/budgeting background, preferably with experience in fintech companies.
3Proficiency in excel is must, capable to use vba/access and other tools is plus
4Logical and articulate, english speaker.
5Prefer to experience in local tax treatment.
6Payroll processing
7Esi, pf and pt rules and regulation.
8Minimum experience required: 5 yr
