Our online legal service is seeking an executive assistant to work side by side with the ceo, primarily assisting the ceo with his sales responsibilitiesWe are a small online legal service that helps startups with the legal paperwork to become officialWe`ve been in business since 2003 and have helped over 80,000 clients start their businessesOur mission is to be the best place in america to start a small business.
We are looking for someone who is bright, positive, and energeticPrevious sales experience is great, but not necessary (this is a starting position and could be ideal for someone fresh out of school)However, we have found that previous experience in the food service industry has been indicative of successIn addition, we are looking for some form of experience showing us that the candidate is a self-motivated, hard working person.
At the present moment this will be a remote positionOur company is currently not in an office and we are all working from our homesHowever, we would like to get back to an office at some pointSo, being local to ann arbor will be a bonus, but we are considering candidates from all across the united states.
The job responsibilities are general sales type stuff such as:
- making outgoing phone calls
- communicating with clients through email, text and skype
- on-borading new clients
- scheduling appointments
- resolving client issues
- coordinating client interaction with different departments in our office
In addition, you will learn some email marketing and social media marketingYou also will learn our business inside and out, as you will be responsible for knowing all aspects of small business startup: llc formation, trademark registration, logo design, website construction, etc.
