We are looking for ambitious and energetic business development managers having a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new salesThe candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.
Building the business within assigned territory using a variety of sales techniques.
Identifying leading schools with business potential and exploring business opportunities.
Presenting demo of our k12app school management solution and mobile app to schools based on their needs and priorities.
Negotiating proposals and closing sales to generate revenue.
Meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets and activity-based targets.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Mba or bachelor degree in any domain.
Results-oriented, self-starter who strategically plans for success.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Should have the ability to negotiate with clients and handle objections with ease.
Strong sales track record and a proven ability to hit targets and win new business.
Must have own bike, smart phone and laptop.
Exposure in educational domain (preferred).
