We`re searching for a content marketing manager to drive our ai research, and content marketing strategies, tools, promotion, and campaign performance for both digital current and our clients.
About the role:
The content marketing manager at digital current is a critical role for both the company and our clientsYou will be responsible for driving content innovation through emerging tools and researchYou`ll need to be highly collaborative with the internal marketing services team, project managers, strategic partners, external content creators, web/design developers, account services, and our client stakeholders.
This role offers amazing opportunities to expand your digital and industry experienceWe support a diverse mix of clients who span across multiple industries and verticalsYou`ll be managing content strategies and research for ecommerce, saas, financial, b2b, b2c, local/national retailers, and other business models.
You`ll be managing exciting, futuristic, martech tools in collaboration with seo, content production, & digital strategy teams to build data-driven buyer personas, target audience segments, customer journey maps, conversion funnels, and content mapping & planning.
Content focused skills/tools:
Hands-on experience in a combination of these or similar tools is strongly desired:
Content research & creation tools: expert-level skills in emerging tools like frase, market muse, clearscope, atomic reach, and search metrics are a critical must-have.
Seo data review: must be able to analyze and enhance seo data & recommendations.
Experience with tools like semrush, ahrefs, and brightedge is essential.
Social media marketing/advertising skills and tools experience are essential.
Strong skills in content strategy, personas, funnels, journeys, landing pages, lead magnets, and content promotion are requiredPromotion may include viral/trend marketing, influencer marketing, public relations, and blogger outreach.
Reporting: must be able to evaluate content performance data from tools like google analytics, google data studio, and google optimize to drive future content recommendations and performance based on objectives & kpis.
Channel experience: additional experience with paid media such as sem/ppc and programmatic are pluses.
Tools like adwords, facebook/instagram, spyfu, ispionage, wordstream, criteo, adroll, and google ads are a strong plus.
Minimum 5+ yrs of content management, strategy, promotion, and digital marketing experience.
Deep agency experience required.
Proven results in seo-focused content marketing with the ability to leverage data and reporting to manage ongoing campaign optimization and improve client kpis.
Martech stack management, mastery, and ongoing digital tool evaluation skills are a must-have.
Optimize relationships with contractors/vendors/partners: manage the selection, contracting, integration, and evaluation.
Ability to support high-volume content production across a wide range of industry niches and verticals.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Great collaboration skills with the ability to lead and manage project teamsEffectively leverage team chat and project board tools.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with google office products, google sheets/docs expertise, zoom, teams, and other collaboration tools.
