Key accountabilities for the role:
Role demands to work closely with governance for edge related migration activities, including edge dtp
Act as spoc for all edge queries for the cops data team
Commercial domain knowledge is mandatory in terms of upstream and downstream applications
Outlet and product linkage
Survey creation / target list/ assortment types
Global segmentation of stores – channel/ sub channel / attributes which would link to trax
Territory management of sales representative
Legacy system knowledge – intouch and comarch is very important to understand the data in edge 365 for outlets / selling areas / products / assortment / surveys
Sales rep mapping / business role mapping which includes mds (customer execution database) - surveys for performance dashboard – sales representative get incentives based on the results.
Contract management – very important one to help sales representative complete the deals to keep the product data up to date for budget management purpose, sales drive, payment frequencies as well
Should have knowledge of data migration of legacy data to the current data model (edge 365 / salesforce)
Understand user acceptance testing concepts to perform when data is migrated to new system
Should also have knowledge on service now as ticketing tool to communicate back to requestors
Maintain great relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate in the right wayStand for process quality and compliance
The role involves processing critical data requests under significant time pressure to agreed timelinesThe candidate should be pro-active and highlight opportunities to improve processes where possible.
The role holder must be a self-starter and have strong prioritisation skills, staying focused on what business outcomes need to be deliveredThey must demonstrate brilliant execution in all aspects of the roleAttention to detail, rigour and structure is essential.
The role involves dealing with a large number of requests from various teamsThe candidate should be able to work with competing demands from different stakeholders.
The specialist will ensure proper maintenance of data within the relevant system
Support system and process improvements
Publishing report on monthly basis to procurement/market
Work in line with the systems carm requirements, maintaining strict adherence to established compliance processes
Need to drive process improvements within the team
Act as back for assistant manager during his/her absence.
Must work closely with line manager /governance on building and nurturing dtp
Must actively contribute and leads small/big data projects which comes from stakeholder.
Candidate requisite:
Knowledge of data management in platforms like-edge framework, salesforce sfa 2.0 front end & back office, intouch, comarch , mds, data mapping, understanding of commercial operations data reporting dashboards,& understanding on data flow within these systems including trax are mandatory.
