We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious hr executive with excellent communication skills, both written and verbalThe hr officer is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislationShe must be able to negotiate with diplomacy.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement hr strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
Inline coordination with management at various steps.
Prepare reports & hr documents (letter and email drafting)
Handling compliances (epf, esic, labour law etc.)
Leave and attendance management
Coordination with other location managers regarding productivity
Assistance in govt licensing registrations and execution process
Should have good analytical skills
Computer skills - ms word, ms excel, power point
She should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
