What will you do? you will make a profound impact on the usi talent services acquisition team by overseeing operational and financial data forecasting, project and program management and developing business insights that influence the leadership team and its stakeholdersYou’ll be a vital and trusted member of this large talent team and will need to demonstrate highest professional standardsThe role will challenge and hone your general management and collaboration skillsYou will partner with and support the leadership team in their day-to-day operationsYou’ll participate in challenging, fast paced execution and will contribute to strategic, high-impact projectsYour performance will have a direct bearing on the success of the talent services- acquisition leadership teamIn this multi-dimensional role you will be responsible for:
Metrics & reporting
Build/ update, collate and manage multiple trackers to support the report out of the operational and financial
Metrics of the service line
Accurate periodic/ quarterly financial forecasting
Tracking and reporting on budget and spends
Predictive analytics on service line operations
Communication & collaboration
Work with the leadership team to define and communicate strategic goals, periodic achievements etc., to the teams and stakeholders
Prepare ongoing and on-demand impactful presentations to be used for stakeholder meetings, reviews, ahms, internal and external speaking engagements, off sites, and events
Drive the internal communications strategy including team emails, websites, newsletters and videos
Have an ongoing informal connect with talent services acquisition professionals across teams to sense the pulse on the ground and to proactively bubble up potential issues/ challenges to the leadership team
Help build a culture of transparent and open communications by harnessing the power of the firm’s social media
Independently manage large, complex and matrixed projects
Keep track of all programs and projects in the pipeline ensuring strict adherence to deliverables, costs and timelines and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items
Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely and qualitative communication and proactively identify and pursue challenges/ new opportunities
Support and plan key team activities such as weekly/ periodic leadership meetings, ahms and townhalls etc.,
Work with operations teams for logistics and supplies
Capture, and publish minutes of such meetingsFollow-through action items from such meetings and escalate as appropriate
Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations
Skills and competencies:
You should be having about 7 – 10 years of program and project management experience in a rapidly changing and high-pressure work environment.
Specifically, you should have:
Ability to multi-task with conflicting priorities, yet provide swift and accurate response while consistently meeting deadlines
Be proactive, versatile and have a strong focus on execution
Ability to work independently with minimal direction; able to work under pressure
Ability to partner across multiple teams and across multiple locations; demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a desire to offer suggestions and improvements
Superior communication skills with the ability to work across all levels within talent services-acquisition and across cts/ coe
Must be creative and should enjoy working with an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discernment and judgment at all times
Strong analytical background with advanced skills in ms excel, ms powerpoint and tools like tableau, visio etc.,
Strong background and demonstrated experience in project management
