Analyst/ senior analyst - government & public services clients and markets growth (gps cmg)
Looking for a candidate who can provide targeted insights and counsel to senior executives by leveraging strong market research, analysis, and presentation skillsSomeone with experience in leading from the front by driving projects, building networks and relationships, sharing knowledge, and assist in key business decisionsSomeone who has a flair for marketing research, is open to challenges, has an innovative & analytical thought process, and can quickly adapt to changing business requirements.
This individual will work within gps team and in collaboration with u.sStakeholdersThe ideal candidate is highly proficient in targeted research and is comfortable with data interpretation and analysisThis individual has demonstrated experience independently managing multiple, concurrent projects while working collaboratively across a virtual team.
Key skills and professional experience:
1 to 3 years (analyst) 3 to 5 years (srAnalyst) of work experience, including at least two years in business research/analysis
Work with multiple teams to effectively manage and deliver on insights & analytics that lead to business transformation
Ability to understand emerging trends, its impact on the market, and gleaning insights from research
Strong ms office skills, especially excel and powerpoint
Sound understanding of marketing concepts with strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Good data visualization skills and ability to present data analysis in intuitive graphical and tabular formatsFamiliarity with data visualization tools will be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english
Strong client & project management skills with proven experience in providing counsel to senior executives
Knowledge of the us government marketplace and policy areas such as government spending, health care, education, human services, digitalization will be an advantage
Strong ability to gain consensus and support for efforts across disparate groups, lead stakeholders to a common goal
Excellent team player with experience working and driving conversations with virtual teams, including proven ability to collaborate with a us based team
Exhibit ability to synthesize, organize and present information in structured manner (storyboarding)
Attention to detail and adherence to quality guidelines, standards and best practices.
Work you’ll do
As an analyst/ senior analyst in the gps usi team, you will provide market analysis, competitive analysis and synthesize research findings in a structured format, and be able to independently identify and communicate outliers and trendsYou should demonstrate strong business writing and presentation skills, be team-oriented, and have a proven ability to manage competing demands simultaneously.
Key job responsibilities include:
Work on projects related to competitive and market intelligence, competitor profiles, opportunity analysis, as well as pursuit related research (public sector).
Collect and synthetize of competitor data and messaging, case studies, and key personnel profiles as well as department/agency reports, budget, and organizational information.
Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership.
Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Perform deep dive analysis into gps industry contracts, qualifications, and competitor market share.
Collaborate with u.s.-based stakeholders and gps usi teams.
Understand and quickly adapt to the changing requirements.
Aggregate relevant data in ms-powerpoint/ms-excel.
Collect and distribute industry-specific news and analysis to client team on a regular basis.

Any graduate degree
Mba or an equivalent master’s degree
