Operations management
Talent services (ts), a channel of the deloitte talent organization within the enabling areas business, deliver a breadth of services through an innovative and customer-centric shared services modelThe ts vision is to make a global impact through a distinctive talent experienceThe operating principles are to be bold in everything we do, own the experience, and seize every moment to growTs focuses on delivery of both strategic and transactional services, either directly for the deloitte businesses or in support of the talent business advisors and talent centers of excellence (coes).
Work you will do
Change agent and well versed with aspects of requests for payments, accounts payables, general ledgers, cost/ spend analytics and ensure successful outcomes with respect to risk, brand and complianceYou will liaise with the coe and other talent services teams across geographies to understand their strategies and provide advisory support as well in identifying the potential solutionsPartner with policy and compliance and procurement teams where requiredManage and lead team for all operational activities and transition of invoice payments in areas of talent acquisition, talent development and other talent vendors.
Your key responsibilities include:
Perform spend analytics to for talent acquisition (ta) & talent development (td) invoices across us & india geographies
Adherence to deloitte compliance norms of payments and experience (candidates and vendors)
Develop metrics and sla dashboards, spend analytics, solutions for ta & td coe across us & usi
Drive operations projects which include stakeholder management and collaboration with strategic procurement services (sps), accounts payable (ap), talent coes, legal (ogc), us stakeholders and leadership
Provide high level advice, identify opportunities of efficiencies, risk management and continuous quality improvement by working with the management team
Being creative in identifying new techniques and processes to streamline and increase efficiency and effectiveness of current work-stream
Hands-on leadership required to proactively identifying and working towards mitigating key business risks
Work with procurement team and provide inferences to us/usi talent acquisition & talent development teams
Identify process gaps and work with team/stakeholders to address team
Identify simplification & automation opportunities within the process
Participate and shape discussions on scaling up operations, process changes and business priorities
Attract, retain and develop high-caliber team members; create and sustain a positive, collaborative, supportive and innovative environment through regular feedback and mentorship
Responsible for providing training to members of the team, monitoring the quantity and quality of the work in progress, coaching and mentoring employees on performance
Should have the capability to design the analysis, as well as drive its usage and prove value to the business.
Qualifications and experience required:
Graduate degree, preferably mba - hr
9-13 years of work experience in operations (experience in project management would be an added advantage)
Strong operational and project management skills
Strong communication skills including ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate
Highly data driven mindset and passion for analytics
Uses judgement based on practice and precedenceThis requires the ability to assess the validity and applicability of previous or similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances that are not covered by procedures
Location: hyderabad work hours: 2 p.m.- 11p.m.
