Bta/consultant - technical
Work you’ll do
Consultants are professionals with expertise in designing and developing technical solutions to business requirements using various infor technologiesThey are also capable of working and communicating with project team members and team leads in a global/virtual team setup supporting multiple phases of projectsConsultant responsibilities include:
Understand business requirements and create technical design.
Hands-on activities include designing and developing integrations, reports, enhancements, conversions, workflows.
Understand standards and best practices in technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation.
Debug and troubleshoot issues.
Work with global teams / work independently in virtual teams.
Participate in day to day project meetings that cover action items/issues/risks/dependencies.
Attend training programs in the latest technologies, to learn and deploy on the job.
Participate in various firm level initiatives to create reusable assets.
Qualifications
Required:
B.tech / be / bsc / mca, degree that includes computer science
3 - 6 years of consulting erp project experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in infor m3/movex implementation projects.
Experience as a team member or team lead in at least one full implementation project
Experience in designing solutions using mak, mec/iec, mashup designer, h5 client, m3 api, m3 webservices designer, infor ion, ion api, xtendm3, infor mongoose, m3 analytics, birst, d/epm.
Strong expertise in java programming.
Strong expertise in sql/database concepts.
Experience developing data interfaces with any erp package with strong understanding of data base usage concepts
Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
Strong oral and written communication skills
Understands sdlc approaches
Preferred:
Certification as an infor m3 developer or m3 integration consultant.
Experienced in any of the extension applications such as graphical lot tracker, assortment replenishment planner, demand planner, equipment profitability portal, inventory planning workbench, scheduling workbench, supplier portal, warehouse mobility.
Strong understanding of administration and security of infor m3.
Experience in a scrum/agile sdlc approach.
Senior consultant - technical
Work you’ll do
Senior consultants are professionals with strong knowledge of infor technology with experience in designing optimal technical solutions to business requirements applying best practicesThey are also capable of mentoring and monitoring project team members in a global/virtual team setupPlan and prioritize work as per project needs with a sound understanding of activities in different phases of implementation projectsSenior consultant responsibilities include:
Design and develop solutions to complex business requirements
Leading technical work streams within the project
Hands-on activities include designing, developing, and reviewing - integrations, reports, enhancements and customizations
Propose and ensure standards and best practices are followed
Prepare and review technical documentation
Debug and troubleshoot issues
Provide estimations
Provide technology mentoring for the junior resources
Manage client and project stakeholder expectations
Provide career development training programs in the latest technologies
Ideate and drive firm level initiatives to create reusable assets
Qualifications
Required:
B.tech / be / bsc / mca, degree that includes computer science
5 - 10 years of consulting erp project experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in infor m3/movex implementation projects.
Experience as a team member or team lead in at least two full cycle infor cloudsuite implementation projects
Experience in designing solutions using mak, mec/iec, mashup designer, h5, m3 api, m3 webservices designer, infor ion, ion api, xtendm3, infor mongoose, m3 analytics, birst, d/epm, smart rules, smart reports.
Exposure to industry-based infor solutions with strong footprint in manufacturing sector.
Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
Strong expertise in java programming/object oriented programming.
Strong expertise in sql/database concepts.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
Strong oral, written and presentation skills
Preferred:
Certification/experience in project management, scrum/agile.
Certification as an infor m3 developer or m3 integration consultant
Experienced in any of the extension applications such as graphical lot tracker, assortment replenishment planner, demand planner, equipment profitability portal, inventory planning workbench, scheduling workbench, supplier portal, warehouse mobility.
Experience in leading a team of 3 to 4 people
Strong understanding of administration and security of infor m3
