The usi core contact center team is part of core global contact center spread across 4 global delivery centers (us, uk, china and india) in the worldIt is an internal support line for deloitte employees of various member firms (us, australia, nse, canada, china and india) for business application supportWe support all types of issues concerning problems with business applicationsThe core contact center differentiates itself from other contact centers by way of its work culture which encourages delivering distinctive service and the rewards and recognition programs which encourage taking initiativeCore contact center expects people to work with minimum supervision, think out of the box, make quick decisions, provide attention to detail and be flexible to change.
Work you’ll do
The core contact cneter team supports all types of queries concerning problems related to the firm’s applications which include fin, swift, deloittenet, sap, ariba, travel port & dteIn this position you will be required to work to support our people through daily operation management and coaching.
Operation excellenceEnsure you are responsibile for conducting monthly performance reviews for team members on performance metrics and to coach their team members on quality, surveys, incident review, escalations & process
Increase employee engagement while improving employee retentionConduct focus groups sessions with front line analysts to understand the pulse of the team and to involve people in decisions which affect them
Ensuring he/she develops a complete learning plan for every individual team member for the year.
Coordinate scheduling needs with the work force management team and manage service levels through realtime monitoring and provide periodic updates on service levels and report any trends and new deployments.
Identify training opportunities and work with service readiness team to develop training materials and deliver training as needed
Cost optimization, creating headcount capacity by identifying ways to reduce acw/ aht for the overall team.
Identify relevant and important stake holdersBeing able to transition/acquire any new applications in scope by working closely with the respective stakeholders.
Leverage technology to optimize resourcesDrive volume to lower cost support options as well as drive non-value work to the right resource team
Motivate and engage talentCreate of a culture for continuous appreciation and recognition for the team

Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical skills
Easily grasp and communicate complex ideasExcellent problem solving skills
Knowledge of computer, internet connectivity and application performance is required.
Familiarity with microsoft office applications, especially word, excel and powerpoint.
