Work you’ll do
As an analyst/srAnalyst, you would be responsible to provide support to the role-based programs within the executive accelerators under client and market growth, strategy, and innovationNot only will you work as an individual contributor, but also as a team playerYou will interact with a diverse group of us lab coe producers supporting the deloitte’s client engagement team leaders across all deloitte industries and servicesYou would support the planning, execution, and operational support activities of greenhouse/ cxo program efforts, with an initial focus on lab activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following for 80% of their overall time:
Monitor shared mailboxes for respective teams to manage upcoming and ongoing activities
Create, modify, and track calendar invites and scheduling
Coordinate with designated professionals to ensure all logistics for a lab are considered, planned, and executed
Provide operational support throughout the lab delivery process (e.g., notetaking for scoping calls, set up ms teams site, logistics).
Utilize salesforce, sharepoint, and other firm resources to provide operational support
Manage files upload of our repository tasks associated with sharepoint
Complete intake forms, lab registrations and lab pipeline requests on salesforce
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following for 20% of their overall time:
Develop confidential c-suite pre and post lab deliverables utilizing digital inputs, ms powerpoint, ms excel, ms word, and various internal and external search tools and databases.
Perform secondary research to prepare research packages, executive/company profiles.
Identify and track content across deloitte internal resources (deloittenet, deloitte resources, dpn, intellinet, etc.) and external (web, hoovers, and onesource etc.).
The professional is required to:
Work on tight deadlines and agreed sals
Be client and quality centric with attention to details, tailored for each client
Be responsible for self-reviewing tasks before delivery
Be able to coordinate with disparate resources, and work with people from multiple countries and cultures
Share best practices and knowledge to achieve common team goals and work effectively and cohesively
Build relationship with key stakeholders and provide regular progress reporting to internal stakeholders
Be flexible and adaptable, practice professional behavior to dynamics of the process and work culture
Comply with deloitte u.sFirms policies and maintain confidentiality for all our clients

1 to 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant
Advanced skills in outlook, ms teams, onenote, word, and excel
Proven/demonstrated problem solver and critical thinker, capable of identifying effective solutions to scheduling conflicts/managing multiple executive calendars
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Extremely detail oriented, quality conscious, and dependable
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
Experience working independently on multiple simultaneous assignments or engagements
Effective interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
Logical thinking ability and strong comprehension
Ability to be flexible
Experience in a professional services firm
Experience working or supporting multiple ppd’s simultaneously
Excellent microsoft powerpoint skills
Shift timings – 2-11 pm ist
Location – hyderabad
