Senior analyst – government & public services (gps) - client account management (cam) account excellence services

Work you’ll do
As a cam account excellence services (aes) professional in the gps industry, you will perform a host of tasks that are non-client facing but are very key to how our client account teams serve clientsHere’s an illustrative list of responsibilities.
Deliver on projects that include but are not limited to research, opportunity pipeline management, opportunity pursuit management, tracking government bid opportunities and account team communications.
Work closely with account pursuit teams to provide best in class support for proposal or tender submission processesHelp with proposal management materials and infrastructure such as creation/management of team collaboration sites, build out of track packs, calendar schedules, and proposal templates.
Create and manage opportunities for the account team in the firm’s crm systemMonitor, report and generate associated analytics of opportunities along with their status on regular basis; keep pipeline current and accurate.
Develop templates, streamline processes, standardize deliverables that are part of the aes delivery operationsDevelop research-related deliverables by using internal and external research tools.
Conduct industry and company research to analyze and share findings in a presentable format to client account teamsResearch and provide client insights.
Share knowledge and lessons-learned from different projects to contribute to learning and development of the team and to help establish leading practices.
Work collaboratively, both in-person and virtually with team members
Use teaming and knowledge sharing opportunities to develop and guide junior resources.
Take ownership of quality in delivery for self and for junior team members, maintain a quality checklist to ensure 100% quality on all deliverables and processes.
Accommodate shifting priorities, stringent deadlines, last minute requirements, and occasional evening/weekend hours to accomplish tasks within non-negotiable client deadlines
The gps cam aes team focuses on bringing efficiencies and leading practices to deloitte’s client account teamsGps cam aes professionals assist deloitte’s client account leaders in strengthening how we serve our most important clientsAes professionals execute internal account operations thereby enabling account leaders to focus on more strategic activities for our clients.
Required qualification and experience
3 to 6 years of professional experience in research, account management/enablement and pursuit/proposal management
Post graduate degree (full time)
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to differentiate writing style based on audience.
Highly proficient in microsoft office suite – ms excel and powerpointBasic understanding of sharepoint
Strong working knowledge of pursuit/proposal management and secondary research
Conflict resolution, negotiationAbility to manage up and build strong stakeholder relationship
Attention to detail with good client service attitude
Good understanding of doing business with u.sGovernment and public sector industry and an understanding of the u.sGovernment contracting process
Knowledge of salesforce crm tool
Ability to perform data analysis in graphical, tabular formats and present findings in ppt in a logical flow
