Position summary
Leading office experience team and supporting day to day operational needs for business functioning which include office management, housekeeping, f&b, meeting & events, client & leadership visits, pantry services, transport, front desk, mail services/courier, etc.
Work you`ll do-
Maintenance & upkeep of all the deloitte office facilities in bangalore.
Lead a group of service providers who manage office soft services.
Maintain & provide high standard of services to enhance the experience in house keeping services, cafeteria, pantry, medical facility, mail room, fitness center, key rooms, stationery & other allied servicesSupport for internal & external events.
Collaborate with all the service providers & vendors to ensure effective service delivery on day-day basis.
Ensure all new decisions/plans are implemented on ground.
Collaborate with other internal stake holders like security, its, m&e, business teams to ensure seamless operations.
Invoice validation in coordination with finance team & clear for further processing.
Validation of requirements for routine operations & procurements.
Conduct & validate quality & performance audits and submit reports as prescribed.
Ensuring compliance with statutory, legal/regulatory/contractual requirements.
Advise service providers should be compliant with internal mandatory trainings
Ensure compliance & preparedness for all business continuity management plans.
Ensure service providers meet desired levels of service delivery & take ownership & accountability.
Lead & manage the transport operations.
Presentation to different groups including new joiners about inhouse facilities, transportation etc.
Facilitate learning sessions, client visits, walk throughs, external audits etc.
Ensure open communication and quick and accurate response to leadership requests as needed.
Practice sustainability in day-to-day activities.
Take up any other additional tasks/responsibilities as it comes up time to time.
Team management
Provides support to other team members, as required.
Leading efforts to improve customer satisfaction, quality initiatives etc.

Qualifications-
Graduation with 5 years’ experience in facility or hospitality industry.
Key skills required-

Innovative thinking ability and good implementation skill
Service oriented mindset & adherence to timelines.
Proficient in office suite.
Clear, concise in verbal and written communication.
Comfortable in live addressing small & big groups

Shift timing – 9am to 6pm
