Senior analyst - government & public services (gps) – data analytics
Looking for a data analytics professional who can help establish a process/mechanism to measure the impact of deloitte’s marketing and client experience investments for the gps marketing ecosystemThe individual would be responsible for using marketing data to design, implement, develop and maintain measurement reports and advance data-driven decision makingThe individual will also provide consumable data and actionable insights that enable leaders to make better decisions that improve the internal and external client experiencesAs a digital analyst, you will develop operationalization strategies for automated analytics measurement, connect data from multiple marketing sources and develop insightful and actionable analyses that drive key business decisions.
Required skills and professional experience:
Strong understanding of marketing roles in a professional services firm - marketing communications, campaigns, operations, and reporting
3 – 5 years’ experience in developing and executing impactful data analytics strategies
Strong computing, analytical, statistical, data visualization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of a broad set of marketing activities: campaigns, events, digital marketing, seo, social media, email marketing etc.
Intermediate/advanced level in developing reports and dashboards in business intelligence technologies (tableau, qlik, etc.)
Excellent business written & oral communication skills
Good client management and relationship building abilitiesPersuasive communication skills with an ability to gain consensus
Self-starter capable of regularly learning new technologies, as the market demands, while managing the workload of consistent high-profile project deliverables built for firm thought leaders
Leverage data visualization techniques, tableau platform technologies to design and implement production ready solutions and create advanced bi visualizations
Experience in leading and managing teamsAbility to work well in in-person and remote team situations
Self-motivated and strong team playerHighly developed personal and professional ethics
Proficiency in microsoft office suite
Wo rk you’ll do
As a senior analyst in the gps marketing team, you will provide digital analytics support to gps campaigns, activations for us & usi leadership, be team-oriented, and have a proven ability to manage competing demands simultaneouslyDay to day work mainly involves analyzing data derived for all the marketing activities and drawing insights from the data and presenting the insights to the leadership along with the suggestions to improve the roi of future marketing activities.
Key job responsibilities include:
Stay abreast of the changes in the business envir
Onment and the marketing strategies being adopted by key competitors and contribute to strategic conversations to advice and support the development of marketing campaigns
Develop data driven dashboards for the leadership for better execution of marketing activations.
Build and deploy data models that can be used by marketers for developing data driven campaign strategies.
Measure and report performance of all marketing activities, and assess against goals (roi and kpis)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm innovative growth strategies and utilize strong analytical visualizations to help evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple marketing channels and touch points.
Create impactful and targeted insights to help smps and leaders take effective business decisions
Present analysis on marketing metrics to measure roi to help focus on priority campaigns
Lead by example on innovative approaches and new tools by proactively sharing best practices
The government and public services (gps) team provides solutions in support of market positioning and acquisition activities to maximize deloitte’s revenue, relationships, and reputation in the government marketplaceStrategic marketing planners (smps) are key marketing professionals in the marketing and communications team at deloitte who convert business needs into powerful marketing strategies and impactful campaignsThe india team provides efficient, flexible, quality support to smps through innovative solutions that facilitate strategic decision making and works in collaboration with the us stakeholders in campaigns/activations, competitive intelligence supportAlso, the team works closely with the us gps channels under client and sales excellence including marketing and communications, information management, account management, competitive & market intelligence, pursuits, and strategy.
Mba or any other postgraduate degree
