We are looking for a compliance and audit analyst o join our growing team.
Day to day activities
Scheduling and conducting internal audits
Receiving and processing client assessments
Coordinating with operations and product delivery teams to respond to compliance requests
Maintaining existing compliance accreditations
Performing industry research on new compliance requests
Helping to determine the business impact of compliance scope changes
Mentoring team members in information systems audit best practices
Authoring audit and compliance standards and other supporting documentation
Operating and maintaining a compliance calendar which includes audit timelines and compliance deadlines
Supporting cross-functional teams in testing, deploying, and implementing remediations based on audit results and compliance requirements
Monitoring and evaluating audit and compliance industry trends and third-party tools
Acting as a core member of the office of information security
About you
1-3 years of experience as an information systems auditor
2-5 years previous experience in an organization with a cloud presence (azure/aws/google)
Previous work experience at an organization that develops software
Experience with conducting internal audits
Experience with us government compliance frameworks (hipaa, fisma/fedramp, nist 800-53, nist 800-171, etc)
Experience with audit, risk, and security frameworks and methodologies (csc top 20, nist csf, cobit, cisa, iso, etc)
Demonstrated project management skills & strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability to organize time and project work efficiently
Bachelor’s degree + certifications, technical training, or other audit and compliance relevant work experience
Full remote or work in our pasadena office
