This position will own daytwo’s member experience in our mobile application - an opportunity to lead strategic new product development efforts based on daytwo’s proven, evidence-based metabolic health care programs.
What you`ll do:
Drive multi-year product strategy and roadmap for daytwo’s member application app and translate it into clear actionable work plans for the team - engineering, ux, data, analytics, clinical and nutrition experts.
Serve as an internal and external expert on the full picture for daytwo members’ needs, motivations, and engagement, based on analytics, competitive analysis, user research, and a strong understanding of ux design and behavior change.
Plan and prioritize delivery of iterative mobile app releases across all of daytwo’s stakeholders and engineering teams, including data science, clinical program and education, nutrition and biometric data, population level analysis and reporting.
Collaborate closely with the product managers leading the core and member apps offering to represent the voice of daytwo’s member users.
Quickly develop strong and effective relationships with colleagues, especially in product marketing, clinical, commercial, and product delivery
You`ll love this job if:
At least 4 years of technology, saas product management experience showing progression from feature delivery to strategic ownership of a product and/or problem space.
Experience managing consumer facing mobile application products catering to at least 100k active usersbackground in healthcare space, behavioral psychology, nutrition tech preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills in diverse settings and projects – whether leading a multifaceted team in high quality product delivery, or getting executive buy-in for your product vision
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiencesa bachelor`s degree in a related field
