As an industry product marketing manager at databricks, you will guide messaging, content and gtm programs for the retail & consumer goods (cpg) industriesYou will work with sales, marketing and our customers to build awareness, demand generation and sales enablement programs that help achieve pipeline goalsYou will also create thought leadership content through editorials, blogs, white papers, industry and partner eventsThis role reports to the head of industry solutions marketing.
The impact you will have:
Develop messaging and content that articulate databricks platform capabilities, differentiating value, and solutions for the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors.
Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for technical practitioners and business leaders.
Create the core messaging and content for digital programs, field marketing, sales engagements, and channel marketing.
Create targeted content to create awareness in the industry including infographics, ebooks, articles, blogs, videos and other customer-facing materials.
Work with customers to build compelling content for high-profile speaking engagements, customer case studies, videos, and brand campaigns.
Manage industry solution product launches.
Research customer and market trends to help inform content development and enablement.
Work with industry smes to build sales tools, enablement and training e.gSales plays, sales presentations, battlecards, and prospecting templates.
What we look for:
5+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing or industry marketing for an enterprise software or saas company.
Customer-facing experience with personas like enterprise architects, application developers, data scientists, data engineers, cdo`s, cto`s, cios, business analysts and business executives.
Portfolio of impactful messaging, marketing content and sales enablement materials (e.gEbooks, battlecards, presentations) – this is a must-have!
Experience with cloud, big data, data analytics, data warehouse, machine learning or ai technologies is a plus
Experience presenting at conferences/seminars and customer engagements.
Degree in marketing or computer science, engineering, coupled with relevant professional experience
