Oversee recruitment, hiring and training/development of employees
Design and implement performance standards, track such standards, and use resulting data to provide employee performance feedback on an ongoing basis
Direct execution and management of system initiatives and service enhancements and ensure business objectives are met
Oversee a staff of conversion analystsThese individuals provide plan level support in a variety of areas ranging from on boarding new plans to terminating an existing plan.
Responsible for maintaining relationships with plan sponsors, tpas, agents and institutional clients as well as with our internal teams including control, systems support, operations, payroll, retirement plan account manager and client services.
In addition to managing a team, responsible for establishing new plans on the trac systemThe team is also responsible for processing all types of plan level changes/maintenance, including mass exchanges.
Knowledge of employee retirement income security act (erisa), department of labor (dol), and internal revenue service (irs) regulatory issues.
Knowledge of such proprietary systems as trac and awd
Knowledge of such microsoft applications as word and excel.
Knowledge of plan requirements relating to conversions and plan administration.
Strong communication skillsAbility to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with tact and confidence.
Ability to think strategically and manage tactically.
Effectively manage and motivate associates to ensure development and superior performance.
Problem solving skills are required in order to research and evaluate issues to resolution.
Ability to multi-task associate needs, client issues and projects.
