What you’ll do
Act as an sme for cytiva’s global distribution applications – warehouse management system and transport management system
Act as a global super user for warehouse management systems and transport management systems
Identify system related gaps and functionalities for continuous business improvement
Responsible for configuration, user acceptance testing and user training for warehouse and transport management systems
Support global to projects for deploying new tools and processes and lead testing and development of test scripts
Lead digital enabled innovations in warehouse and transportation processes
Drive data analysis and business case development for key projects resulting in cost savings for logistics operations
Participating and supporting the overall strategy for the organization
Support standardization of logistics processes globally.
Lead process flows and training material creation for cytiva’s internal training platforms.
Secure 95% uptime of global logistics systems with close collaboration with global it
Co-own global warehouse forum for prioritizing change requests and implementing system enabled continuous improvements
Demonstrate flexibility and time management skills to support global warehouses and logistics network
Who you are
10+ years of experience as a super user/key user in logistics applications
Experience of working with warehouse management systems and transport management systems
Good leadership, time management, facilitation, organizational skills, communication & problem-solving abilities
Experience with system driven business process improvements
Degree in systems engineering specializing in logistics and supply chain management is an advantage
Experience and knowledge in oracle, warehousing operation, planning, transportation & customs business is a strong advantage
