Hands-on experience in crm related applications
Understand customer requirements and familiar with travel & logistic management services
Mis reporting/ macros/ power bi experience will be added advantage
Should have the experience in customer front communications
You will report to project manger
You`ll need: have 4+ years of overall experienceHaving experience in the tools like service now, inx inflight, concur, sap etc.Travel industry domain knowledge and experience good verbal & written communication skills international voice support (will be advantage) high quality oriented experience in analytics and reporting are added advantage skills & experience analytical, customer communication, customer relationship management (crm), mis, service-now, softskills cyient is an equal opportunity employer.
