Supporting the organization in administrative tasks for employee on-boarding, talent management, compliance, payroll and off-boarding
Review and optimize the workflow and work on process improvement and enhancement of employee experience driving towards self service
Make recommendation to improve the hr systems and identify areas for process automation
Ensure integrity of hr data in the hr systems
Work with various internal teams like talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations and mobility teams and be abreast with changes
Involve in hr projects with cross-functional team where needed
Expected to work through a collaborative approach with internal stakeholders (hr function, it and facilities) as well as our partners to effectively deliver on agreed timelines, quality and within costIt would be good for the candidate to have good knowledge working of hr systems and be able to liaison between internal clients, hr systems team and it function to ensure appropriate changes/modifications in hr systems are effective without impacting upstream and downstream processesSkills & experience customer service, global shared services, hr projects, hr shared services, human resources information systems (hris) administration, people management, process improvement cyient is an equal opportunity employer.
