About the role
As talent acquisition manager you will work in partnership with hiring leaders across the americas region to attract and secure the brightest talent in the marketYou will consult with hiring leaders on how to solve resourcing gaps, grow awareness of the cover genius employer brand and streamline the interview process without compromising candidate experience.
The core focus to enable the americas region to scale will be securing talent across key functions including partnerships, insurance, marketing, partner services , finance, legal and engineering.
A best in class mindset is required with ambition, hustle and creativity to build a talent acquisition team that is core to our global people & performance functionWe work closely with our regional people partners to enable the business to achieve its ambitious mission and vision.
Key responsibilities include;
Driving the end to end talent acquisition process from job briefing, through candidate attraction, structured interview and assessment and the hiring process
Championing employer branding efforts and strategies to enhance sustainable attraction of world class talent
Build a strong, credible relationship with regional stakeholders; operating as trusted advisor and subject matter expert
Champion of efficient processes and system usage
Build talent communities and talent pipelines for critical skill areas and diversity sourcing efforts, that yield into hiring outcomes for the business
Keep abreast of external trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
Regional reporting into global tracking key metrics
What the ideal profile looks like;
Expertise in talent acquisition ideally with an agency background
Ability and willingness to adjust to the hiring needs of the business across functions
A successful track-record of talent acquisition at a rapidly scaling technology company is preferable
Deep expertise in recruiting platforms/tools, and employer brand best practices
Strong interpersonal savvy and self-awareness with strong written and verbal communication skills
A strong bias towards `quality of hire` as a key performance metric
