Roles and responsibilities
1Reference check of employees
2Maintain records of employee reference requests sent, received.
3Supporting the hr department based in uk with sending, receiving and chasing employee reference requests.
4Ensure the relevant hr database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
5Maintain & updating the daily/weekly/monthly mis report.
6Assist in the file work for employees and related documentation.
Desired candidate profile
1Candidate with exposure to mnc hr operations will be preferred
2Excellent command of the english language, both spoken and written.
3Pc literacy and experience with ms office applications.
4Excellent time-management skills.
5Team working skills
Local candidates are preferable either from chandiharh, zirakpur, panchkula, mohali or kharar.
