Job summary
Oversight of analytics team and direct supervision of analytics supervisorsResponsible for a portion of inventory and vendor project managementDirectly involved in action planning for improvement of employee engagement survey scores, team communication, and employee development.
Essential duties and responsibilities

Oversee the analysis and reporting function for several units of a healthcare business officeProvide all operational reporting for these units as well as client reporting related to the performance of the business units regarding all matters related to business office hospital operations.
Perform ad hoc analysis.
Work with team to create efficiencies in data retrieval and analysis, and ensure proper documentation of all reports.
Provide leadership to analytics team consisting of 5 – 20 staff members, ensuring system knowledge and other important communication is shared to aid the completion of department tasks.
Leads not only within analytics but within coniferAccepts responsibilities outside of normal department functions where there is a need.
Act as mentor and coach to assist other team members grow within the department.
Work with business unit leaders to establish reporting and provide analysis that will assist operations in achieving goals and help drive performance.

Qualifications:

Intuitive - has the ability to figure out what customers need or what would be helpful to the customer before it is either brought up by them or requested by them; helps customers understand data and helps user define reporting needs.
Detail oriented, meticulous and accurate in completing tasks on time.
Ability to research, audit, and analyze routine data to develop basic and/or enhanced reports.
Comfortable working with all levels of management including executive team.
Education / experience
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
Degree in accounting, business or related field.
8 plus years’ experience in health care related field.
