Conceptia is looking to engage a seasoned hr recruiter with at least 8-10 years of experience in recruiting large teams of specialized engineering manpowerSpecialized engineering manpower includes design engineers, fea (structural and flow simulation) engineers, research associates and research assistants, qa-qc engineers, and inspectors.

Education: any degree, preferably mba in hr
Experience: minimum 8 years of experience in recruiting large teams of specialized engineering manpowerNon-it-recruitment experience is preferred.
Software proficiency: ms office and advanced excel.
Job location: visakhapatnam
Workdays: monday to saturday
Salary: 6l to 8l
Variable pay: based on the numbers recruited
Duties & responsibilities
· partnering with hiring managers/team leaders to determine staffing needs
· job posting at job portals, social media.
· requesting for employee referrals.
· screening resumes
· performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
· administering appropriate pre-hiring assessments
· performing reference and background checks
· coordinating interviews with the hiring managers/team leads
· following up on the interview process status
· maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
· communicating about career development and employee benefits during screening process
· staying current on the company’s organization structure, hr/personnel policy, and labor laws regarding employment practices
· serving as a liaison with colleges and industry associations, if required.
· completing timely reports on recruitment activity
· using new methods to increase recruitment effectiveness
Preferred candidate profile:
· excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
· good at ms-office
· attention to details
