Needs to drive business development initiatives for all product lines within the portfolio
Market planning and lead generation
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Solution selling and customer engagement
Regular governance with key customers
Provide complete solutions by gathering customer requirements with the assistance of various market unit representatives
Work with regional sales team to maintain a healthy pipeline for product portfolio.
Ability to articulate and brand the product value-proposition
Provide competitive positioning, pricing / commercial proposals for customer engagements, ensuring deal profitability.
Consulting and business operations for key customers.
Periodic engagement with product management and r&d teams to influence product innovation and roadmap
Key skills requirement
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
Proven sales track record experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in english
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Ability to work on targets
Willing to travel
