Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop purchasing strategy, review and processes purchase orders.
Manage other members of the purchasing teamMaintain records of goods ordered and receivedNegotiate prices and contracts with suppliers.
Build and maintain relationships with vendorsSelect prospective vendors and negotiates contractsEvaluate vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price.
Schedule deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of ordersResearch and evaluate vendors to compare pricing and services.
Ensure quality of procured items and address problems when they ariseKeeps up with trends in procurement.
Good communication in english and hindi is a must.
