Communo is looking for someone who is passionate about lead generation, digital marketing and automationWe are looking for a marketing manager to partner with our sales, product, creative and business intelligence teams to build and optimize conversion pathwaysIn this role you will own and optimize the conversion touchpoints across organic search, digital advertising, web and product.

Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.gProduct and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Develop and create marketing materials, such as landing pages, digital ads, social content and ensure brand guidelines are met.
Integrate marketing technology solutions to hubspot and develop automations to drive the marketing funnel.
Must have core experience:
Marketing operations - passionate about marketing operations and full funnel analytics to understand the performance of the marketing funnel and how to optimize.
Search engine optimization - execute research and develop a keyword strategy for website domains and blog, capturing search intent drive inbound traffic with online content.
Google adwords campaigns - strategic and analytical skills to plan and launch and optimize adwords campaigns to create, pre-qualify and nurture le,ads for handoff to sales team.
Email marketing - competency planning running and executing segmented email marketing campaigns with a/b test experiments with a focus on driving purchase and revenue.
Content marketing - understand the customer needs by segment and stage to plan, develop and launch content to connect with audiences and drive leads through the buyer journey.
Product marketing - developing positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation required to bring the product to market and enabling the sales and marketing teams to ensure they’re aligned so they can work efficiently to generate and close opportunities.
Nice to have complimentary experience:
Public relations - ability to write targeted press releases, build media lists and pitch releases to media with the end goal of garnering earned media traffic.
Referral marketing - experience developing and launching referral marketing programs to nurture existing customers into loyal advocates to support revenue growth.
Event marketing - working with partners or along to host online marketing events around key drivers in the customer journey to generate qualified sales leads.
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as google analytics, segment, crm systems (e.gSalesforce), and content management systems (e.gWordpress / instapage)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
