Codedrill infotech pvt ltd, is looking for a highly motivated technical recruiter to join our hr department and help us grow our it teamsThis role is to be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented people for technical roles.
Position: hr recruiter
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Location: mohali, punjab
Shift : morning (monday to friday)
Coordinate with it team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Write and post technical job descriptions on different job portals
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen it resumes
Pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and as per the availability scheduled their technical interview rounds with seniors (via phone, video and in-person)
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the hr manager
Send applicants an email regarding their interview timings including the mode of interview
Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications
Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal hr database
Conducting background checks.
Compose job offer letters
Onboard new hires
Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of it requirement experience
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for it roles
Exceptionally good at negotiations
Extremely confident while communicating with the candidates
Passionate about recruitment and willing to go for the extra mile to close the positions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Job types: full-time, regular / permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Monday to friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
Mohali, punjab: reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
