Masters level degree in social work, mental health counseling
Experience in conducting assessments, group/individual counseling, and treatment planning.
Provide individual, family, group, marital and child adjunctive therapies as needed within area of expertise and limits of credentials.
Conduct case management services and prepare discharge summaries as needed.
Interact with referral services and other external providers to ensure coordination of patient services.
Consistently attend meeting`s with direct supervisor to receive supervision and participate in clinical reviews.
Monitor caseload to assure compliance with third party payers, including chart reviews, completing pre-certification requests, initial and continuing reviews and authorizations.
Abide by the professional staff code of ethics and maintain a high level of ethical conduct regarding confidentiality, dual relationships and professional stature.
Perform all other duties as assigned.`
