Solution consultant
Cityview - remote
This position is primarily responsible for selling additional software to existing cityview customersDirect phone calls are the main method of contacting customers and the volume of calls made, is an important performance indicatorSales calls will include the promotion of software products which the customer has not previously selected and the introduction of new productsIn time, the position may also include cold calling to entirely new prospects.
What your impact will be:
Making and answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Building rapport with customers
Collecting customer information for future follow-ups
Upselling services and making product recommendations
Closing sales and achieving cityview quotas
Identifying sales opportunities, particularly from cityview’s whitespace analysis
Staying informed about product and service information updates
Detailed recording of all calls and maintenance of customer data in the salesforce crm
Responding to customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently and notifying support staff
Performing market research on customers and competitors
What we are looking for:
2+ years of experience achieving a company’s sales goals
Proven track record of selling products and services through outbound calls
Able to handle a high volume of customers at once and have
Working knowledge of applicable technologies (predominantly microsoft) and complex software solutions
Strong product knowledge
experience attending to customer needs and maintaining good customer relations
