Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Promote citius minds services among decision makers in us law firms and international corporations.
Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service.
Excellent verbal (english) and written (email) communication skills.
Willingness and ability to work in flexible hours (night shift).
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Effective time management.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic office environment.
