Commerce operations(co) is part of the larger cisco operations organizationWe transform our operations to accelerate cisco’s performance while we perform day to day seamlessly.
Apjc commerce operations provides e2e support for our field sales, partners and customers in the quote-to-cash (qtc), goal-to-commissions (gtc), partner support operations(pso) and recurring software and services(rss) value streamsThis team is aligned to cisco`s geographic sales regions.
What you will do
The director, india commerce ops will be responsible for providing operational leadership for the in theatre to accelerate business with cisco while solving very complex problems ranging from quoting, pricing, supply chain issues, to billing, partner support, post invoice disputes :
Forging close relationship and providing operations support to the in sales vp and leadership team in the qtc, gtc, pso and rss value streams.
Collaborating with in segment sales leaders to ensure smooth resolution of pre-booking, booking and post-booking activities.
Ensuring timely and accurate sales goal implementations and pay-out of all commissionable sellers.
Transforming partner operations and enabling new capabilities and offers, driving partner operations readiness in transitioning and transforming digital operations.
Managing the smooth and timely renewals of services and software.
Enabling cisco’s transformation and evolution to software and recurring revenue, enabling partners and field sales with readiness activities to perform across our partners & sales teams in the areas of license management, entitlements and software buying programs.
As director, india commerce ops, you will also be leading the development and implementation of cross-functional processes as a member of the broader onex community in driving the execution of key operational priorities.

Drive and evolve globally consistent offerings to top customers, partners and regional field team
Drive customer/partners/field-sat globally
Own “perform and transform” execution of global and regional partners across product, service and software
Lead execution of operational performance to key partners (sales/cx leaders) for month/quarter end bookings.
Qualifications
You should have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, a significant portion of which should ideally come from large, global companies with well-regarded sales & partner operations organization
While experience in a technology company is preferable, it is not a requirement.
A track record of growing in highly-matrixed global organizations, particularly those that require executives work in cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to influence, craft business strategy and execute without direct resource authority.
Proven expertise in continuous improvement to drive efficient business outcomes
An undergraduate degree is required, and an advanced business degree preferred.
