Supports director in aligning strategy with institutional objectives, priorities and plansTakes a leadership role in the development of higher level strategies and approachesLeads team of consultants, senior specialists, specialists and/or coordinators to develop strategies and implement tactics for acquiring and retaining patients/customersAligns deliverables of marketing services team to support business objectives and the children`s wisconsin brandThis will be a remote role.
Bachelor`s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or a related field.
At least eight years of professional work experience required with demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, (healthcare marketing a plus).
At least three years of experience managing staff.
Strong writing/editing skills for print and web, proven experience with content management systems.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, web strategy, google analytics, etc.
Excellent oversight and project management skills, including the ability to track timelines, budgets, deliverables.
The ability to articulate a vision and receive buy-in and support from operational leaders.
Outstanding communication skills, detail oriented and extremely organized.
Ability to handle disparate groups and help achieve group consensus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities working in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines.
