Monitor internal hr systems and databases
Design and implement company policies
Address employees’ queries (e.gOn compensation and labor regulations)
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
Work closely with the registrar office and establishment to understand the requirements for various inspections/accreditation.
Liasoning with other departments in regards to the employee life cycle.
Good knowledge of labor law
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Minimum 2-5 years experience.
Mba/masters in hr or management.
Male candidates will be preferred.
