Intro
The incumbent will be responsible for training, coaching, handholding of dealership service teamThe role is expected to deliver trainings at various locationsComplete the man days given by the clientTrainings can be in form of class room training, on the job training, coaching, virtual training and conducting auditsCompile and present reports & support hodEnsure that all the manpower at given location is trained.
Ideal candidate profile (essential attributes)
Should be comfortable with communicating in the local language
Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in service training
Age should be less than 46 years old
Should be a graduate
