We are looking for a smart and energetic digital marketing specialist to manage the planning and operational execution of marketing campaignsIn this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and optimizing a new series of marketing programsThe ideal candidate will be natural collaborator and problem solver who possesses a high intellectual curiosity and thrives in a dynamic and data-driven environmentThis role will be closely aligned with our sales organization to ensure consistent processes, systems, and reporting across all functions.
What you`ll do:
Create, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to ad development, copywriting, and audience segmentation.
Manage budget across multiple channels including paid search, social and email
Regularly report on and analyze key performance indicators of campaign engagement
Leverage reporting to inform recommendations on how to maximize budget and allocate resources toward highest return on investment (roi) identify roi for key marketing programs throughout the funnel to optimize activities
Work directly with product marketing, content marketing, marketing automation and web development teams to promote relevant content, create converting landing pages, and design engaging ad creative
Assist in executing and optimizing account-based segmentations, strategies and campaigns, leveraging content and events to engage the buyer and connect them through personalized experiences with account teams
Assist with informing and aligning with sales teams, product marketing and content marketing teams to develop the appropriate assets and content for new business sales, go-to-market planning and internal sales team collateral
Champion the buyer across internal departments to help nurture pipeline and inform sales enablement, buyer experience, messaging, promotions and other key internal functions
Work directly with sales enablement to coach sales on campaign strategy, content and marketing operations, and to effectively optimize internal operations
What you`ll need:
2-4+ years of experience in marketing
Proficient with google ads
B2b software-as-a-service (saas) experience preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortability with analytical, data-driven work
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborator excited to work across multiple departments
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
