Focusing on the candidate experience, this role will lead and further build out the talent acquisition and related activities in indiaRole will be responsible for direct recruitment of identified roles while managing the ta process and strategic directionContinuous process improvement, outstanding communication, metric reporting, and team management are the four primary objectives for this role.
The role does not require extensive travel, this is an in office/home office virtual recruitment roleHe/she may be assigned to participate in hr projects as needed as a member of the human resources department.
Handle the full-cycle corporate, international recruitment process including approval management, job posting, candidate assessment, interview scheduling and candidate experience management
Conduct high volume candidate assessment and phone screens or in-person interviews to support hiring manager decision
Source and obtain viable candidate assessment tool that increases insight on candidates.
Proactively source candidates on various platforms as needed e.gLinkedin.
Creatively determine methods to increase applicant flow.
Establish relationships at targeted universities and colleges for internship and entry level hires.
Assist and train hiring managers about recruitment process to ensure quality of hire including refining job descriptions / job posting to attract the highest quality of talent
Suggest improvements for recruitment process including policy review, internal selection enhancements, applicant tracking system management
Collaborate in employer branding activities including managing cendyn’s online presence
Develop key metrics to measure recruitment progress and activities to the slt and board of directors.
Lead the recruitment team.
Coordinate or manage other hr process improvement projects as assigned
Required education and experience:
Completed high school education.
Ideally 4+ years of solid experience in technology recruitment with understanding of terminology of software/cloud solutions company
High volume recruitment experience is a must (15+ openings)
International recruitment experience or strong determination to learn different country specific regulations and norms
Tech savvy approach, comfortable using various hr tools including hris, applicant tracking system, ms office applications
Previous experience with linkedin and other recruitment platforms.
Preferred education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree or advanced education in human resources
Relevant training/certification in recruitment/interviewing or hr certification: shrm – cp or phr
Jobscore or ukg ats skills
Corporate recruitment experience preferred; agency experience also considered with strong corporate recruitment understanding (quality of hire vs sales recruitment approach)
