Casetext is seeking account management talent to join our growing revenue organizationYou will help us sell our product suite to attorneys at active casetext firms, particularly to small law firms nationwideAs an account manager, you will successfully nurture customer accounts, help them maximize their roi with casetext, and successfully upsell our product suite within active firms and also add additional attorney seats at those partner firmsYou will lead demonstrations of the products, guide users as they are evaluating our services and proactively reach out to ensure client satisfaction while continuously hunting and closing new businessOur ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and fast learner, and wants to join an exciting and growing startup in a revenue generating capacity.
As an account manager you will:
Become an expert on the casetext research, parallel search, and compose products and demos
Contact current clients and engage in open ended conversations that lead to the clients needs and pain pointsHelp our partner firms maximize their roi by leveraging casetext as effectively as possible.
Actively monitor client usage and proactively recommend behaviors that will make our partner firms casetext experience as positive as possible.
Upsell additional casetext subscriptions and add-ons within current casetext partner firms.
Guide upsell prospects through the purchasing process via email, phone calls, and screen share presentations
Develop and execute upsell strategy to current partner clients.
Drive revenue by meeting and/or an upsell business quota on a monthly basis.
Help create the strategy for how we service and expand the market of the law firms within your portfolio
Work closely and cross-functionally with other departments (product, engineering, marketing, customer success) to develop programs and solutions that establish, expand, and deepen customer relationships
Ultimately, bring in new business and revenue for casetext
2+ years sales or account manager experience
Startup, saas experience a plus
A customer centric mentality
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Extremely fast learner, capable of fully understanding complex products and explaining them to others in simple terms
Resourceful and capable of working in a startup environment
Enthusiastic and passionate
Jd or legal experience is a plus
