Required skills :
Proven work experience as an account management, key account management, sales account management, or similar role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Ability to easily identify what clients want, and willingness to meet up with such requirements
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management programs at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal relationship
Ability to solve problems fast
Solid experience in ms office

Job responsibilities:
Account management
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Collaborate internally with all required stakeholders and deliver customer needs
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Manages day-to-day client interaction, communicate effectively, identify needs, and evaluate appropriate solutions.
Create engagement strategies with clients to develop a professional relationship through the provision of product and operational services, training, and customer services.
Create trusted relationships with the customer stakeholders to ensure that the customers receive the necessary support services.
Create awareness about the services and product being usedTrain / educate customer to take advantage of the product / services.
Gathering feedback, pay attention to feedback and gathering insights on the overall experience on ease of doing business.
Build trust and transparency with customer
Be a customer’s voice in the company and ensuring customer feedback is heard and acted upon.
Develop lasting relationship with customers to manage their expectations and achieve high customer satisfaction on ongoing basisAct as first point of contact and minimize escalations to next level
Facilitates internal project team and client meetings effectively.
Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors and respective stakeholders.
Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
